Mindset under pressure: how you think, react and make decisions when the stakes are high. Most leaders default to survival patterns under pressure. The work is to build a calmer, more strategic internal state as your baseline.

Emotional regulation: not the suppression of emotion, but the ability to feel it, process it and respond from a place of clarity rather than reactivity. This is what distinguishes great leaders from capable ones.

All executive coaching engagements begin with a Performance Audit (€120) to establish a clear picture of where you are and what the work requires. This session is credited toward the coaching package if you proceed.
