3. Who else has access to your data
I do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run my services I use the following providers, who process data on my behalf with GDPR safeguards:

4. International transfers
Google and Calendly may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing coaching@innergrowthjourney.es with the subject “Data protection”. I may ask you to confirm your identity.
To stop receiving emails, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Minors
My services are not aimed at anyone under 14, and I do not knowingly process their data.
7. Accuracy and security
You agree to provide accurate data and to let me know of any changes. I apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
8. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in my services. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.

Downloadable resources are for personal use only. Reproducing, distributing or selling them without written permission is prohibited.

The content on this website and my coaching services are informational and provide personal and professional support. They do not replace medical, psychological or other healthcare diagnosis, treatment or advice. For any symptoms or questions about your health, including perimenopause or menopause, please consult a healthcare professional.

I work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but I cannot guarantee it is free of errors or that the site will always be available. I am not liable for damages arising from using the information in ways other than intended.
