About
I’m Anna Yulusova, Former Pro athlete, Champion in multiple sports &
Executive Coach (ICF).
I was built
to perform.
Until performing stopped working.
I started as a swimmer, then became a competitive pentathlete: running, swimming, shooting, rowing, sailing. At 15, I became USSR Pentathlon Champion.
Then came kickboxing. I became 3x Russian Champion and Asia Champion. My body was my instrument, my discipline my identity. I knew how to push. How to endure. How to win.
At 20, I made a decision that changed everything. I left professional sport, not because I failed, but because I had a bigger dream. I pursued a double degree in Psychology and International Relations, learned languages, and built a path toward the life I truly wanted: living abroad, building a career on my own terms.
I achieved that dream. And over the next 25 years, I built a successful corporate career, the last 12 years as a high-level executive in a major US corporation, navigating complex international environments, leading teams, delivering results under pressure.
I was the woman who performed. Always.
Then my early 40s changed everything.
I was living the life I had built, far from where I started, without the support network many women take for granted. No family nearby. No one who had known me for decades. An expat navigating everything on her own.
And then my body started sending signals I didn’t understand.
Night sweats I blamed on wine. Words I couldn’t find mid-sentence. Rooms I walked into and forgot why. Eyes so dry they burned. My skin changed too. And then came the anxiety, arriving from nowhere and escalating into panic attacks so severe I ended up in the emergency room twice, certain I was dying.
I had food intolerances I didn’t know about, so I quit alcohol. And slowly, I lost the feeling of being at home in my own body, the one thing that had always been mine
Nobody told me these had a name.
Nobody connected the dots.
And I was going through it largely alone, in a country that was not my origin, without the cushion of family around me.
That isolation, that aloneness in the middle of a full life, is something I understand deeply.
And it is one of the reasons the program exists.
I took 100% responsibility for myself.
The moment that broke me open: sitting on the floor of a museum, unable to breathe, while my daughter – the person I love most in the world watched with tears, not knowing what to do.
That was the day I decided. Not just to survive, but to change.
I changed how I trained: less punishment, more strength. Alongside that, I discovered yoga, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, and stopped drinking. Then I studied my body: hormones, biochemistry, what actually happens to a woman at this stage of life. Eventually, I left my corporate career and earned my ICF executive coaching certification. Through all of it, I discovered something that no medal or promotion had ever taught me:
Loving myself was not betraying myself.
I had spent my whole life being the hardest on myself. Pushing. Punishing. Telling myself stories no enemy would dare say to me. The real transformation came not from more discipline, but from something far more radical: kindness.
Today I am stronger, physically and mentally, than I have ever been in my life.
